Custom Creations by Kelly is now Celebrate it! Balloons & Gifts. After 18 months at our original location, we decided to relocate from our shop at 1152 W. Main St. to The Village Shops at Castle Hills, 2540 King Arthur Blvd.  We anticipate opening at our new location by March 1, 2010.

Due to the fantastic response to our balloon designs, we are making some changes in our products and services to more accurately reflect what we do the most…balloons and gifts!  We are continuing to expand our knowledge of balloons and balloon designs as Kelly continues studying and testing to get her “Certified Balloon Artist” designation.  If you have not seen our balloon art and balloon bouquets, you can’t know how creative, unique, elegant, and all out FUN balloons can be!  In addition to a huge array of balloons, we continue to make our  100% natural soy and palm wax candles on site, and carry many candle accessories like electric melters, candle holders, and decorative jar jewels to personalize your candle gift.  We have also added some new product lines including designer baby gifts, ceramic travel mugs, chip and dip bowls, unique decorative crosses, and more!  We will continue to carry Demdaco Willow Tree Angels and Figurines, Screenings Wall Art, hand-made baby blankets, custom gift baskets, and many other great gift and home décor items.  We are also offering gift wrapping bags, bows and cards for those who wish to do it themselves, or we now provide custom gift wrapping services.
